Meet The Founder of American Job Link LLC

As American Job Link's CEO, Mary's primary objective in recruiting teachers to work in the United States is to foster mutual understanding between Americans and international teachers.

AJL is a teaching exchange program aimed to provide highly qualified educators with the opportunity to serve as cultural ambassadors, sharing facets of their own cultures with American students, schools, and communities.

Upon completing their terms, these teachers are expected to return to their home countries, equipped with experiences and knowledge of U.S. culture and teaching methodologies, and share these insights with their local communities.

This process aimed to empower them to better prepare the next generation for the challenges of 21st-century teaching and learning.
